We hate the fact that businesses do this. So we set out to be a bit different, regardless of your business size we DO NOT charge per Team Member. We want everyone in your business to have access and you not get charged for it!

Can I upload a company logo and add a button on my website?

Absolutely, we highly recommend doing so! Giving your clients confidence they are dealing with you is important to us. As the administrator you can upload a logo and find the URL to create a personalized button on your website. We are available to help if needed!

Can I see what people do in each portal?

We offer granular permissions within a portal so you can control what your clients can do. There is also a full audit log in every portal you can view to see exactly what has happened and by whom.
