Zapa Client Portal Referral Program Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: This referral program is open to all current Zapa Client Portal customers ("Referrers") in good standing. Referred individuals ("Referees") must be new and approved customers of Zapa Client Portal, i.e., they should not have an existing or previously terminated paid account with Zapa Client Portal.
- Referral Reward: Both Referrers and Referees will receive a $50 credit to their Zapa Client Portal account following the successful activation of the Referee’s account. This credit will be applied within 30 days of the successful referral.
- Successful Referral: A successful referral occurs when a Referee, who was referred by an eligible Referrer, successfully completes the trial period, signs up for, and pays for the first period of a Zapa Client Portal account. The Referee must sign up using the link provided in the referral email to ensure the referral is properly tracked.
- Existing Customers: The referral program is not intended for additional users within the same business or organization. The program is aimed at attracting new, independent customers to Zapa Client Portal.
- Misuse: Zapa Client Portal reserves the right to disqualify any Referrers or Referees without notice if we believe that they are abusing or manipulating the referral program or are in violation of the terms and conditions.
- Program Changes: Zapa Client Portal reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the referral program will be reflected in these terms and conditions and will be effective immediately upon their posting on our website.
By participating in the Zapa Client Portal Referral Program, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not participate in the referral program.
